What to include
The more of this you give us, the fewer rounds it takes.
- An existing order
- Your order number, and photographs if something arrived wrong or damaged.
- Sizing
- The piece, its width, and either your usual ring size or the inside diameter of a ring that fits. The size guide explains how to measure, and why a wide band fits tighter than a narrow one.
- A custom piece
- The metal, the width, the size, and a link to anything on the site that is close to what you want.
- Engraving
- The exact text and where you want it. The engraving field sits on the product page itself, above Add to cart. See the engraving page.
- A deadline
- The date you need it by. Everything takes one to two weeks to forge before it ships, so we would rather say no than miss it.
