Shipping policy

Production time

Every piece is made to order. Nothing is held in stock. Your order is forged, sized, finished and engraved after it is placed, which takes 1–2 weeks before it ships. Delivery time is additional to this. Engraving may add a further day or two, particularly if we are confirming a layout with you.

If you need an order for a specific date, contact us before purchasing and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free to every destination we ship to. There is no minimum order and no surcharge by weight or distance. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

If your country does not appear at checkout, contact us; we can often arrange shipping manually.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation immediately, and a separate email containing tracking details once your order ships.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT, or carrier handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the price paid at checkout unless the destination country's rules require it, and they are collected by the carrier or customs authority, usually before delivery.

We are legally required to declare the full value paid and cannot mark shipments as gifts or under-declare their value. Delays caused by customs are outside our control and are not included in our delivery estimates.

Delivery addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — while the piece is still in production we can amend it without difficulty. Once an order has shipped to the address supplied, any redelivery is at the customer's cost.

Lost or damaged shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will replace the item or refund you in full. See our refund policy.
