Acid-Etched Niobium Copper Superconductor Wedding Band

Etched rather than faceted, so the niobium filaments stand proud of the copper matrix as a fine honeycomb across the whole band.

The copper darkens with wear and brightens where it rubs the finger, so the contrast against the silver-grey filaments grows over time.

Choosing

Width runs 5 mm to 9 mm. At 5 mm it sits as a fine line and disappears against the finger; at 9 mm it reads as a statement band and carries far more of the pattern. Most people land in the middle.

Sizing

Sizes run US 4 to 16 in half steps. If yours is a quarter size, or sits outside that range, put it in the box on this page and we will forge to it.

Care

Wipe with a dry cloth. Polish the copper to brighten it, or leave it alone and let it go dark — both are correct.
