We do not hold stock. Your piece is forged, sized, finished and, if you asked for it, engraved once the order comes in. That is one to two weeks before it goes anywhere, and transit is on top.

Buying for a specific date? Order with that in mind and tell us the date. We will say honestly whether it is achievable rather than take the order and hope.
Rates
Free to every destination, with no minimum order.
Shipping is free to every destination we ship to. No minimum order, no surcharge for weight or distance, nothing added at checkout. The price on the product page is the price you pay.
Duties and import taxes are a separate matter, set by your own country rather than by us. They are covered below.
If your country is not offered at checkout, message us. We can often arrange it manually.
Tracking
Two emails: one when you order, one when it ships.
The second carries the tracking number. If it has not arrived and it has been more than two weeks, check your spam folder first, then get in touch.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Set by your country, not by us, and not included at checkout.
Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties, VAT or handling fees on arrival. The carrier will usually collect them before delivery.
We cannot mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value than was paid. Customs delays are outside our control and are not counted as part of our delivery estimate.
Wrong address, lost or damaged
One of these is on you, one of them is unconditionally on us.
Check the shipping address before you confirm. If you spot a mistake, tell us immediately: while the piece is still being made we can change it easily. Once it has shipped to an address you supplied, a redelivery is at your cost.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included. That part is unconditional.
Cancellations and after delivery
Two days to cancel. After that the metal has usually been cut.
You can cancel for a full refund within 2 days of ordering, provided we have not already begun work.
Everything is forged to order, so pieces are sold as final sale and we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Anything faulty, damaged or not what you ordered we will put right at our cost. Full terms in the refund policy.
