Choosing

Width runs 4 mm to 9 mm. At 4 mm it sits as a fine line and disappears against the finger; at 9 mm it reads as a statement band and carries far more of the pattern. Most people land in the middle.

Sizing

Sizes run US 4 to 16 in half steps. If yours is a quarter size, or sits outside that range, put it in the box on this page and we will forge to it.

Care

Damascus is carbon steel and will spot if left wet. Dry it after a soaking and give it a wipe of oil now and then; the etch deepens with age.
