Rosewood Bentwood Ring — Matte Wooden Wedding Band

A single strip of rosewood, steamed and wound round a form until it meets itself, then bonded.

Because it is wound rather than cut from a block, the grain runs continuously round the whole ring — there is no end grain anywhere on it.

Choosing

Width runs 6 mm to 10 mm. At 6 mm it sits as a fine line and disappears against the finger; at 10 mm it reads as a statement band and carries far more of the pattern. Most people land in the middle.

Sizing

Sizes run US 4 to 16 in half steps. If yours is a quarter size, or sits outside that range, put it in the box on this page and we will forge to it.

Care

Keep it out of long soaks. A wipe of oil once or twice a year keeps the wood fed.
